| The Casey Cardinia HPV & Cycling Club are excited to introduce the inaugural Casey-Bass Coast HPV Series for 2011. This will be held in conjunction with the Wonthaggi Human Powered Grand Prix 24-hour event. The series will feature three rounds:
Each race will be conducted as a separate event, but points will be allocated across all three with a Series trophy awarded at the end of the final round in May at Casey Fields. For more information, contact: |

The Wonthaggi event typically sees teams battling the elements and the technical 1.4 km circuit in the first event of the year. This 24-hour
event was first held in 1999 and is open to Primary, Secondary and Community teams. Primary students are also involved in a series of pushcart races on the Friday. This event is the second round of the Casey-Bass Coast HPV Series. For more information, contact: |

2011 OzHPV Challenge & Six Hour Enduro (Victoria) |

The Challenge welcomes riders of all ages to compete in a variety of events which aim to establish the most practical human powered vehicle (any bike or trike, faired or unfaired, upright or recumbent which passes basic safety rules) by totalling points in a variety of races. Events include:
The six hour enduro is open to teams of riders competing under United Pedal Prix rules (1 vehicle per team) and to teams of riders on individual vehicles in the Open category. It’s a perfect time for Pedal Prix teams to shake down a new vehicle or educate some new riders. |

Human powered vehicles, Australia's first miniature solar trains, solar boats and cars, CO2 dragsters and even a miniature F1-11 rocket powered by carbon dioxide are all part of the RACQ Technology Challenge.
